Rides

We offer a friendly family atmosphere with all year round riding.

All our rides are fully escorted throughout our quiet local bridle paths and on the Ashdown Forest or on our private woodland farm by experienced friendly escorts.  

Private Farm rides are for ½, 1, 1½ or 2 hours.

We offer superb trekking on the beautiful Ashdown Forest with over 80 miles of riding tracks for 

1½, 2, 2½ and 3 hour rides.

Only capable riders are allowed on the faster Ashdown Forest Treks.

Reliable horses and ponies to suit all riders, adults or children with

nervous & heavyweight riders catered for.

Absolute beginners are welcome on our Private Farm Rides in a safe and enclosed area ideal to gain your confidence and avoid any traffic. As you can see,

children from 7 years upwards are welcome.

We can also cater for parties, ideal for a scout or girl guide outing or a work social or 

team building event.

We offer a 10% discount for 6 or more riders booked to ride together as a group.

Choose your favorite mount from among our selection of much loved family horses and 

ponies kept for your pleasure and enjoyment.

All riders ride at their own risk and will be asked to sign our terms and conditions on our riders registration form 

before your first ride and the start of days of endless fun.

Please arrive for your ride at least 10 minutes before the ride is due out to enable 

us to keep the rides on time.

Smoking is NOT permitted near the stables, in the Tack Room, or whilst riding.

We do not offer riding lessons.
